Who can order
All orders on thecloud.bar are for adults 18 years old and above. By placing an order you confirm that you and the person receiving the order are of legal drinking age.

Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the next business day. You'll receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is packed and dispatched.

Metro Manila delivery
We deliver within Metro Manila through our own riders or trusted on-demand partners. Orders confirmed before the cutoff are usually delivered [same day or next business day]. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders above ₱1,000 ship free within Metro Manila.

Provincial and nationwide shipping
Orders outside Metro Manila are shipped through accredited third-party couriers. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days for Metro Manila orders and 5 to 10 business days for Provincial orders, though remote areas may take longer. Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Some couriers limit liquor shipments to certain areas, and we'll contact you if your address is affected.

Age verification on delivery
Our rider or courier may ask for a valid government-issued ID before handing over your order. We will not release an order if no valid ID is shown, if the recipient appears to be under 18 or if the recipient appears intoxicated. Orders returned for these reasons may be subject to a re-delivery or restocking fee.

Liquor bans and delays
Deliveries may be paused during government-imposed liquor bans (such as election periods), holidays, typhoons or other events outside our control. We'll notify you of any delay and you may request a cancellation if your order has not yet shipped.

Receiving your order
Please check your package upon delivery. We strongly recommend taking a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package to the bottles inside, since this helps us resolve damage claims quickly.

Returns Policy
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items: report within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
