Originally introduced in the late 1990s based on a recipe by Charles Tanqueray from 1839, the gin acquired cult status among cocktail bartenders and is now much in demand.Tanqueray Malacca Gin is being produced as a limited-edition premium product with 100,000 individually numbered bottles being made available. While Tanqueray London Dry is a celebration of juniper – strong, assertive and astringent, Tanqueray Malacca has more botanical balance – soft, citrusy and evenly-spiced.
